What is 180°C in Fahrenheit?
180°C is 356°F, usually written as 350°F in recipes. It is gas mark 4, or about 160°C on a fan oven.
What is 350°F in Celsius?
350°F is about 177°C, normally rounded to 180°C (gas mark 4).
How do I convert a recipe for a fan oven?
Reduce a conventional oven temperature by about 20°C (or 25°F). Fan ovens circulate hot air, so food cooks faster and more evenly at a lower setting.
