This policy describes how Bakewell (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit joinbakewell.com or use the Bakewell mobile app on iOS. We built Bakewell for bakers — we collect only what we need to run the service.

Website. When you browse joinbakewell.com, standard server and analytics data may be recorded (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through our hosting provider.

App. In the iOS app, we may process recipes and content you save, account details if you sign in, and usage data needed for features like import, sync, and support. Details in the App Store listing and in-app settings apply to app data.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and improve the website and app
  • Respond to support and press requests
  • Maintain security and fix issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the app or website (for example hosting or analytics), under contracts that protect your data, or when required by law.

Your choices

Children

Bakewell is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
