Agreement
By using joinbakewell.com or the Bakewell app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The service
Bakewell helps you save, organise, and work with baking recipes on iOS. The website provides information about the app and links to download it. Features may change; we aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your content
You keep ownership of recipes and content you add. You grant us a licence to store, process, and display that content as needed to run the app (for example import, sync, and backup). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use any recipes or media you import, including from social platforms and third-party sites.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or site
- Upload malware or abuse support channels
- Misrepresent your identity or infringe others’ rights
Third-party links and imports
Imported recipes may come from TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, or other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability. Baking involves risk; always use your judgment for food safety, allergies, and dietary needs.
Disclaimer
The app and site are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Bakewell.
App Store
If you downloaded Bakewell from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
